Welcome!

This is the official Website of the Society for Mathematics and Computation in Music (SMCM). The Society was founded in 2006 as an International Forum for researchers and musicians working in the transdisciplinary field between music, mathematics and computation. The SMCM is registered in the USA.

Its first General Meeting was held at sunday, may 20, 2007 in Berlin during the MCM2007 ([Conference Site] [Photos]).
A board of 13 members was elected, which later elected an office. For details consult our news letter.
